Bio: |
Steve Miller joined Morris|Hardwick|Schneider in 1996. Steve is Managing Attorney for the firm’s Loganville office where he focuses his practice on new construction closings. Additionally, Steve heads the firm’s Builder Services Division where he assists builders with lot purchases, construction loans and land acquisition and development deals. Steve also has extensive experience with the formation of new companies, the drafting of subdivision protective covenants and the formation of homeowners associations. Steve is an associate member of the Walton-Barrow Board of Realtors, the Georgia Mortgage Brokers Association, Mortgage Bankers Association of Georgia and Georgia Real Estate Closing Attorneys Association.
Steve received his J.D. degree from Emory University School of Law and his B.A. degree from the University of Iowa. Outside the office, Steve is an avid sports fan; he especially enjoys Major League Baseball.
