Gerard Wm. "Rod" Wittstadt, Jr. joined Morris|Hardwick|Schneider in 2008. Rod is Partner in charge of the firm’s National Default Services Division. Rod is a member of State Bars of Maryland and West Virginia, and he is admitted to practice before the District of Columbia Court of Appeals. In addition, he is a member of the Bar and admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States of America.

Prior to joining Wittstadt & Wittstadt, Rod was a Commissioned Officer in the United States Navy and was awarded the Navy & Marine Corps Accommodation Medal. Rod is a member of The Society of Cincinnati, a historical and educational organization founded in 1783 to preserve the ideals and fellowship of the Revolutionary War officers and to pressure the government to honor pledges it had made to officers who fought for American independence.
In his free time, Rod enjoys hunting, fishing and collecting antique duck decoys and, most of all, spending time with his family.
