The Morris|Hardwick|Schneider and LandCastle Title Education Department promotes the ongoing professional development of our staff, attorneys and our fellow colleagues in the industry. We employ two full-time trainers who teach regular classes to our staff members using web-based programs as well as live instruction in our state-of-the-art computer facility. Additionally, we offer a structured Associate Mentor Program and training curriculum for our attorneys to support them and enhance their professional growth.

Our Education Department also serves our colleagues in the real estate industry. In the fast-paced and ever-changing real estate market, staying abreast of legal, regulatory, procedural and customary changes is vitally important. Our Education Department makes learning engaging and fun for our fellow industry professionals.

Education Director, Howell Haunson, regularly delivers lively and interesting interactive seminars on topics such as real estate contracts, fair housing practices, mortgage fraud, renovation lending, understanding the HUD-1 Settlement Statement, real property law.
