Mark Wittstadt joined Morris|Hardwick|Schneider in 2008. Mark is Managing Partner for the firm’s National Default Services practice. Additionally, Mark serves on the Board of Directors of LandCastle Title. Mark is a member of State Bar of Maryland and is admitted to practice before the Court of Appeals of Maryland, the United States Bankruptcy Court and the Federal District Court of Maryland. Mark is actively involved in the Maryland State Bar Association and the Baltimore County Bar Association.
Prior to joining M|H|S, Mark spent thirteen years with the Baltimore firm of Wittstadt & Wittstadt where he was managing partner and led the foreclosure practice. Under Mark’s direction, Wittstadt & Wittstadt emerged as a regional industry leader in real estate and mortgage servicing. Mark merged Wittstadt & Wittstadt with M|H|S in 2008.
In addition to serving the local community through involvement with the bar associations, Mark volunteers time with his children’s schools and recreational sports programs.
In his free time, Mark enjoys attending Ravens football games, duck hunting on Maryland’s Chesapeake Bay, skiing and playing golf.
