Deborah L. Kalish joined Morris|Hardwick|Schneider in 2008. Deborah is an attorney for the firm’s Newnan, Georgia office where she focuses her practice on residential and commercial closings, business formations, corporate governance and factoring transactions. Her office prepares contracts, establishes corporations, LLCs, partnerships and joint ventures, handles SBA loans, facilitates the sale of businesses and supports other commercial transactions.
Deborah is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Newnan-Coweta Board of Realtors Local Counsel, the Newnan-Coweta Board of Realtors, and the Women’s Council of Realtors. In addition, Deborah conducts Pro Bono closings and serves on the Advisory Board as Legal Counsel for Newnan-Coweta Habitat for Humanity.
A 1983 undergraduate of Harvard University, Deborah earned her juris doctor degree in 1988 from Emory University School of Law.
In her spare time she enjoys cycling, swimming, yoga, and supporting the Georgia Heartland Humane Society.
