Bio: |
Jim Cooney joined Morris|Hardwick|Schneider in 1995; Jim is a Partner with the firm and he is Managing Attorney of the firm’s Smyrna Office. During his time with MHS, Jim has been instrumental in building and managing three of the firm’s largest offices. Jim focuses his practice on REO closings and conventional residential closings. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and that Georgia Real Estate Closing Attorneys Association.
Jim graduated from Asbury College with a B.A. degree and received his J.D. from Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University. While at Mercer, Jim was awarded the BNA Law Student Award.
Outside of work, Jim enjoys spending time reading and playing baseball with his four sons.
