Bio: |
Courtney Casper joined Morris|Hardwick|Schneider in 1998. Courtney is the Senior Managing Attorney for the firm’s Jefferson and Winder offices. Courtney focuses her practice on conventional residential real estate. Additionally, Courtney has extensive experience with land acquisition transactions and new construction closings. Courtney has also worked with clients to draft neighborhood covenants and to form homeowners associations.
Courtney is an associate member of the Walton-Barrow Board of Realtors and the Barrow County Homebuilders Association. She is an affiliate member of the I-85 North Board of Realtors where she is actively involved with the Bylaws Committee and Public Relations Committee. Courtney is an Associate Member and Executive Director of the Jackson County Homebuilders Association.
Courtney received her undergraduate degree from Emory University where she was the first student to graduate with a degree in Russian Studies. Courtney received her J.D. from the University of Tennessee College of Law.
